Scope and responsible party
This policy covers applications, meeting arrangements and the relationship with the operation named on this page. Its legal name, registration and privacy contact still need confirmation to complete this version. Brands, affiliates and partner operations do not receive unrestricted access to one another's data.
Information and purposes
We may process your name, email, phone and WhatsApp, self-reported Instagram profile, professional answers, availability, language, time zone and uploaded files, as well as application, meeting and support records, campaign attribution, session identifiers and technical security information. Processing supports your requested application, pre-contractual steps, meetings and any subsequent contractual relationship.
Legal grounds and communications
Legal obligations and the exercise of rights may require record retention. Necessary and proportionate security and fraud prevention may rely on legitimate interests, respecting your rights. Where consent is required, it must be specific, informed and revocable. Application and meeting communications must follow the relevant legal basis and channel rules. Applying does not provide blanket permission for advertising or unrelated campaigns, and reading this policy does not authorize unlimited processing.
Instagram and evidence
Confirming your Instagram checks the address you provide, not account ownership or existence. Only upload material you may lawfully share; redact unnecessary third-party information, sensitive data, documents and credentials. Evidence is used for assessment and verification. Uploading does not transfer intellectual property or authorize public use of screenshots, likeness or testimonials, which requires separate permission.
Access, providers and international processing
Access is limited to authorized staff and necessary hosting, storage, security and other service providers actually used. Disclosure may also be necessary to meet legal obligations or exercise rights. Referrals do not automatically grant access to personal records or files, and shared infrastructure does not authorize unrestricted exchange between brands. Processing outside Brazil must follow the transfer mechanisms and safeguards permitted by the LGPD and ANPD rules.
Security and browser storage
Technical and organizational safeguards include access controls and private file storage; file links may expire. No system is absolutely secure. Incidents must be assessed and notified when required by law. Accepting a file format does not certify its safety or authenticity. Your browser may store draft answers, files, preferences, attribution and session information. Technical cookies may support authentication and abuse prevention. Clearing browser storage does not delete a submitted application. Optional tracking requires the appropriate disclosure and controls.
Retention
Data is retained for the time necessary for its stated purpose and applicable legal, contractual or legal-defense requirements. Retention varies by record. A temporary draft period does not automatically apply to submitted applications or security and contractual records. Data should be deleted or anonymized when no longer necessary and no retention ground applies.
Rights and review
Under the LGPD, applicable rights include confirmation and access, correction, information about sharing, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or unlawful data, portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent. Legal retention exceptions may apply. Proportionate identity verification may be needed. You may question automated decisions affecting your interests and petition the ANPD. The dedicated request contact still needs to be identified in this version. Scores organize assessment and neither guarantee approval nor express an approval probability. Human review and requests for clarification may occur.
Changes
Updates must reflect actual processing, with notice of material changes and fresh consent when required. This policy does not remove statutory rights.
