Applications
Applying, attending a meeting or obtaining a score does not guarantee approval, activation, offers or a contract. Provide truthful information and keep contact details current. The team may review your profile and request clarification.
Evidence and conduct
Only share materials you may lawfully use. Do not submit false claims, altered evidence, credentials, malicious files or third-party data without an appropriate basis. Respect people, confidentiality, intellectual property and partner rules. Artificial registrations, clicks and conversions are prohibited.
Commercial agreements
Participation requires a separate agreement defining eligible actions, attribution, permitted channels, validation, amounts, timing and payment conditions. An application, click, registration or displayed figure alone does not establish entitlement to commission. Adjustments and disputes follow the agreement and applicable law.
Results
Displayed results may represent a network or operations during a specific period, rather than individual earnings. Historical results and illustrative potential are not income or return promises. Execution, costs, risks and partner rules affect outcomes. More evidence does not guarantee a better agreement.
Confidentiality
Use private meeting and platform materials only as authorized. Submitted evidence is not automatically licensed for advertising. Confidentiality does not prevent lawful complaints, exercise of rights or compliance with legal duties.
Availability and responsibility
Maintenance, corrections and outages may occur. Suspected fraud or breaches may result in restricted access, subject to law and an opportunity for clarification when appropriate. These terms do not exclude mandatory liability, waive statutory rights or replace specific commercial contracts. Privacy is described separately; acceptance does not provide blanket marketing consent. The responsible party's legal identity and contact still need to be completed.
